Sertek Presents the Portable HF-Video Microscope. This system is designed to assist the operator in Probe-to-Pad alignments for overhead sort applications.

 

The Variable Working Distance Optics allows the user to focus on the wafer at working distances from 5" to 17".

The Portable HF-Video comes complete with lighting (darkfield only), monitor, 50mm x 50mm X-Y travel  and roll-around cart.

All optics are provided by Qioptiq Imaging Solutions, the creators of the HF Video, HF-65 & HF-165 Microscopes used for probe-to-pad alignment.
